How to ship
The products from our assortment are sent by post or courier, for example DHL.
For larger volumes and quantities, we hire a forwarding agency.

In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time stated for the respective article.

Information about the calculation of the delivery date
The deadline for delivery starts with payment in advance on the next working day after issuing the payment order to the referring bank or other payment methods on the next working day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

Important NOTE
Despite all the care, it may come in the case of damage to the transport. In this case, we will of course refund you the damaged items for free.
Please note, however, the following procedure:
Transport damage must be complained to the supplier immediately upon receipt of the goods. They then inform Lichtarena Leuchten Lampen about detected transport damage. If you want to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail, fax or telephone.
